Aristacare at East Falls Review

Aristacare at East Falls is a small short-term rehabilitation and long-term care nursing home community in Philadelphia. Despite residents spending more time with nurses than average due to the facility’s small size, nearly 4% of short-term residents experienced a fall that resulted in major injury, five times higher than the average nursing home fall rate in Pennsylvania.

In long-term care, residents experience even more issues at Aristacare, visiting the emergency room twice as often as the average resident in the state. Additionally, fewer residents maintained the ability to care for themselves without help than at the average nursing home in the state and nationwide.
